Cincinnati Club Set for $55 Million Transformation into Boutique Hotel

Sunflower Development Group is moving forward with plans to transform Cincinnati’s historic Cincinnati Club building into a $55 million, 150-room boutique lifestyle hotel.

The adaptive reuse project will preserve and revitalize the 1920s building overlooking Piatt Park while introducing a Series by Marriott hotel to downtown Cincinnati. The project marks Sunflower’s first development in the Cincinnati market and builds on the firm’s experience in historic renovation and adaptive reuse, with construction expected to begin in early 2027 and completion anticipated in 2028.
