Funding the Future

We have over 15 years experience in utilizing the program and have been involved in all aspects of the NMTC process. We work to structure each deal to maximize the amount of NMTCs, provide proforma development, marketing, investor and NMTC securitization. Unlike some advisors, our work does stop when we secure NMTCs. In fact, the work begins once we have secured NMTC allocation for a project. We work hand in hand with the CDE(s), investors and attorney's as a "quarterback" to answer every question a project sponsor may have or push to close the transaction as efficiently as possible. Our close relationships with NMTC Awardees and industry experts creates a trust factor and a comfort to know that our clients projects will close and the project has gone through extensive NMTC program due diligence. We have worked on a variety of projects including healthcare expansion, industrial, manufacturing, mixed-use residential, hospitality, utility expansion, university expansion and grocery stores.
