Haley is a graduate of William Jewell College in Liberty, MO with her bachelor’s in Organizational Communication. She began her career in property management in Kansas City in May of 2013.

Haley managed 800 residential units, 500 of them being part of the LIHTC Section 42, Affordable Housing program. She obtained her Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) in 2013 and her Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) in 2014. After obtaining her HCCP, she handled all file compliance for both the state and federal Section 42 Affordable Housing program. In January of 2021, Haley joined Sunflower Development Group to start Sunflower Management Group.
