Kara joined Sunflower Development Group in October 2026 as Controller and Finance Manager.

She graduated from Avila University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA concentrated in Accounting. Kara began her career in public accounting, spending more than a decade with one firm, before serving as Financial Controller for a property management company and an investment firm. Her extensive background in tax, accounting and property management gives her a well-rounded perspective on the financial side of real estate development.
