Amethyst Place Tracy Campus Recognized for Community Impact in 2026 Capstone Awards

Sunflower Development Group partnered on the Amethyst Place Tracy Campus, a supportive housing development recently recognized as a 2026 Capstone Awards honoree in the community impact category.

Located at 2750 Tracy Ave., the $17.65 million project transformed a vacant 1.28-acre site into 25 apartments and seven townhomes totaling more than 47,000 square feet of housing. The campus is expected to serve approximately 300 women and children each year through affordable housing paired with wraparound services focused on recovery, financial stability, parenting support and long-term independence.
