Heated Fitness Studio Coming to Revamped Mission Mart

Sweat Lab, a new concept from Fusion Fitness, is set to open this August in downtown Mission as the newest tenant at Mission Mart, a 130,000-square-foot retail center.

Sunflower Development Group purchased Mission Mart in January and is partnering with Crossroads Real Estate Group to lead leasing efforts as part of a larger revitalization of the property.

Sweat Lab will occupy 2,500 square feet in the center, which is undergoing a $300,000 renovation to accommodate the gym’s signature heated Pilates and infrared strength training. Featuring cutting-edge oxygenator infrared pods and red light therapy, the new location reflects the broader transformation of downtown Mission—including new apartments, a refreshed retail experience, and infrastructure improvements supported by a newly approved community improvement district.
