Northeast Johnson County development projects we’re watching in 2022

A new apartment complex is on its way to the former Mission Bowl site at 5399 Martway Street. Mission City Council approved the plan in December 2020, almost six years after a fire destroyed the beloved bowling alley. Sunflower Development Group, the developer building the 161-unit apartment complex, is working toward a November 2023 deadline.
