Residence on Rock Creek – Phase 2 Planned

Sunflower Development Group submitted plans for phase 2 of the Residence on Rock Creek, also known as the Mission Bowl redevelopment project, which will replace the empty parking lot next to the current development with a five-story apartment complex.

The Residence on Rock Creek project is located at 5201 Johnson Drive and will have 4 stories of apartments on top of parking with 98 spaces.

The ground floor will also house a retail space in the northwest corner and includes a 96-unit apartment complex with 80% of those units being one-bedrooms or studios.
