Sunflower, Platform Ventures will open last phase of $43M Brookside apartment complex

Sunflower Development Group and Platform Ventures LLC will open the third and final apartment building in the $43 million Brookside Commons project, which broke ground during the pandemic in 2020.
The Brookside Commons apartment community is located at 6551 Rockhill Road in Kansas City and the building is already more than halfway leased.
