Sunflower Development Group Advances Plans for Encore Multifamily Development in Mission

Sunflower Development Group continues to move forward with plans for Encore, a 180-unit multifamily community proposed for the former Wendy’s site at 5900 Roeland Drive in Mission, Kansas.

Designed to complement the nearby redevelopment of Mission Bowl, known as The Lanes, Encore will feature modern residential living, a five-level parking garage, and amenities including a rooftop gathering space, pool, coworking areas, conference facilities, and wellness spaces. The approximately $52 million development represents Sunflower’s continued investment in creating vibrant, connected communities that support local businesses and long-term growth in Mission.
