Sunflower Development Group’s Mission Mart Revitalization

Sunflower Development Group is bringing a fresh vision to the Mission Mart Shopping Center, turning it into a dynamic community destination in Mission, Kansas.

Plans include facade enhancements, landscaping improvements, and the creation of a public common area, with the iconic arched drive-thru becoming a central feature. This initiative follows Sunflower’s successful development of The Lanes at Mission Bowl, a 176-unit apartment complex in downtown Mission. Phase two of this project, a 96-unit building, is planned for construction in 2025.
