As one of the Kansas City region’s most celebrated restaurant brands, Char Bar has built a reputation for award-winning barbecue, vibrant social spaces, and exceptional hospitality. Located at the prominent hard corner of Santa Fe Street, the new location will capitalize on Olathe’s continued growth while serving both local residents and visitors.

The restaurant will feature a high-end bar, expansive indoor and outdoor dining areas, a large patio with fire pits, outdoor games, multiple televisions, and inviting gathering spaces. Construction began in July 2026, with an opening planned for spring 2027.
