Historic Preservation, Historic Tax Credits, Renovation

Purchased in the 4th quarter of 2021 in a partnership between Block Real Estate Services and Sunflower Development, the former Cincinnati Club building is 175,000 gross square feet and was built in 1922.

The 10 story building is home to McHales Catering and events spaces, along with a number of long term commercial tenants on floors 4-10. The landmark property will go through a historic renovation beginning in 2022.
