We were fortunate to not only help determine the location, but also introduce the three groups in what we believe will be a partnership that will create synergies that allow each business to benefit each other. During this process Sunflower wore multiple hats as the developer, underwriter, broker while also helping arrange the construction financing. The process included interviewing numerous general contractors and architecture firms to ensure the tenants were getting the right team to successfully complete the project on time and budget.
