Given workforce housing needs and the proximity to the Mission Transit Center, which is right across the street, we are allocating 20% of the units for families at 60% AMI. The project will also have a LEED Silver status, which helps us ensure we are doing our small part to address some of the environmental issues we face today. We believe in creating a community for the community.

The building is 4 stories of wood framed construction on top of a concrete podium structure which is primarily a parking garage and live/work units. There will be a secured parking garage below the apartment buildings and will be accessed from Martway. The total parking count will be 208 parking stalls.
