Sunflower Development Group is the exclusive provider of Development Services for Vandyne Real Estate LLC for the state of the art Tommy’s Express car washes in Wichita, KS.

Currently, site one is under construction, which will be located at 455 S. Ridge, Wichita, KS 67209 and is scheduled to be complete by late September 2019. Sunflower is anticipating two to three more Tommy’s Express’ locations over the next three years in the Wichita market. Sunflower provides a myriad of development services including:
