Look Inside the New Spaghetti Works Apartments

Just ahead of its grand opening, Sunflower Development Group gave the media a sneak peek inside our newest development in downtown Wichita, KS: the Spaghetti Works building. This historic building has been home to a diverse array of tenants over the years, and we are proud to give it new life as an upscale apartment building. 

Located at 619 E. William St., the Spaghetti Works building is now home to 41 units ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. Throughout the development process, our team worked tirelessly to preserve many of the elements that make the building so iconic, especially the facade bearing its name. Residents will enjoy original, exposed brick walls as well as wooden beams and columns throughout the space. In addition to these historic touches, we’ve infused each unit with modern amenities, such as granite countertops, stainless appliances and pendant lighting. 

The Spaghetti Works building will also have some incredible community amenities to enhance our residents’ lifestyles. A large social space hosts a full kitchen, flat-screen television and several games, making it perfect for big parties or casual game nights. There’s also an on-site gym where residents can get a quick workout without leaving the building.
