Sunflower Development introduces apartment plan for former Wonderscope site

Sunflower Development Group (SDG) is working to unveil plans to develop a new high class A apartment project on the site of the former Wonderscope Children’s Museum in Shawnee.

The market-rate project will include 30 studios, 127 one-bedroom and 32 two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 460 to 1,528.
