Jason Swords, the principal of Kansas City-based Sunflower Development Group, submitted an Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit application for the Cincinnati Club.
The application requests $5 million in historic tax credits, with the project’s total investment listed as $45.5 million. Sunflower Development Group and Block Real Estate Services LLC purchased the Cincinnati Club Building at the end of November 2021 for $4.35 million.
