2024 Capstone Awards: Mixed-use — The Oxbow

A development team comprised of Sunflower Development Group and GSSW Real Estate Investments accepts a 2024 Capstone Award from the Kansas City Business Journal for The Oxbow, a mixed-used project located at 215 E. 18th Avenue, North Kansas City, MO.

The $43.34 million project includes 208 residential units above a three-story parking garage, street-level retail and amenities, such as a ninth-floor resident space with broad views of the Downtown skyline.  That space includes a pool and pool deck, community kitchen, gathering areas and private work rooms.
