Longview Mansion: it’s more than a story

Sunflower Development Group

Longview was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 24, 1985.  The Longview Mansion was renovated and restored by Sunflower Development Group after plans were drawn up in 2004 and serves as a wedding and event venue today.

What’s referred to as New Longview includes residential and commercial districts. It also includes historic restored structures. Along with the 225-acre residential area is a 146-acre Longview Community College campus, and a community surrounds the 4,832-acre Longview Lake Park and the 930 acres of Longview Lake.
