Sunflower Development Group will build a Margaritaville-themed hotel with about 230 rooms as a central piece of the $838 million Homefield project in Kansas City, Kansas.

Developers proposed additions to the Homefield project in Kansas City, Kansas, that, along with higher construction costs, pushed the redevelopment of the former Schlitterbahn water park site to $838 million.
