The View at Castle Rock

The View is a planned redevelopment project in Downtown Castle Rock that will be a public-private partnership among the Town, the Downtown Alliance and Castle Rock Development LLC.

 

 

The storage facilities presently at the site will be redeveloped into a mixed-use project with 221 for-rent residential units, 14,242 square feet of office space and 5,000 square feet of retail space. The project will also include approximately 400 parking spaces, of which 100 will be Town-owned.
