Constructed in 1894, shut down in 2004, and now 2018 brings new life to this iconic structure as a key part of the Spaghetti Works District renovation.
The project consists of 41 market-rate apartments being constructed in the historic Spaghetti Works building. Construction is underway and the apartments are slated to be complete in early 2019.
In addition, the project will stimulate business growth for the area with an additional 15,000 sqft or retail/restaurant space and 45,000 sqft of office. Click here for more information.
